Simulator Time Issue

Postby fredwill on Thu May 13, 2010 1:53 pm

Hi Steve,

I discovered a new minor glitch with the latest software 4.0.5.2.

My Simulator Time does not show up correctly anymore. It tells me 0 hours for all the types I had Sim Sessions so far.

The strangest of all things, when I sync with my iPhone, the totals on the mobile App are displayed correctly!

Image

Say I have 66 hours of Sim on the Type XY:

Pilots Pal 2008 is displaying 0 hours total
Iphone App is displaying 66 hours total

I am not sure but when I add a Sim session under Pilots Pal 2008, I just enter the duration of 4 hours "DAY" and that's it. No On nor OFF block timing. When thereafter I search in the database for the session I just added I find it but there are no more 4 hours displayed!

I just want to mention that the Sim Aircraft Types are edited correctly as Simulator "YES".

Furthermore, there is no Simulator Column anymore available in the Search Flights Table.

The last thing, when I check my "Totals" and then "Categories", the Simulator Part reads 0.
The same thing is displayed correctly on the iPhone.

I hope you can find the reason for this.

Best regards,

Fred

I just figured out that it seems to be a Data related problem. I restorded an older Data file and the Sim Tab reappeared.

However I cannot sync my data again with the iPhone. I got the endless circling problem on the iphone.

Sometimes I also get a quitting of the iPhone App with the following message:

I just sent you an email containing my DATA file.

Thank's for your help.

Regards,

Fred
