Using the iPhone software

The iPhone software is designed to be very intuitive and split into tasks, the iPhone keeps your entire database on the device which allows data filtering. The add flight page and duty page retain the last data entry which enables you to close the app and use other features of your iPhone.

If you wish to track duty, you can enter the duty start date and time at the beginning of the duty, flights can be entered using the save flight button, when saving the last flight of the day, click save as last flight of the day instead of the save flight button, this does the same as the save flight button with the added feature of adding 30 minutes or user defined time to the last on blocks time, you will then be taken to the Add duty page with the duty time calculated, all that is required is to save the duty.
