CD Software

 

After installation of the CD software, the program will run as a trial version limited to entering 100 flights, this restriction will be removed once the software has been activated. To activate your software you will need an internet connection. Once the software has been activated a refund cannot be given. A refund can be given if the CD is returned to Pilots Pal in good condition and the software has NOT been activated. Pilots Pal will not be held responsible for the return postage and packaging.

 

 

Downloaded Software

 

All of Pilots Pal software is free to download, the downloaded software are full versions but limited to entering 50 flights enabling you to evaluate the software before you buy. To unlock this restriction you must buy a licence from the ‘Buy’ page. Once purchased you will receive by return of email a licence number to enter. To activate your licence you will need an internet connection. Once the licence has been activated a refund cannot be given. A full refund can be given if the licence has not been activated.

 

 

Delivery

 

CD Software

 

Pilots Pal will only deliver software on CD, worldwide postage and packaging  is included in the price. Once the order has been received the CD will be posted first class on the next available business working day.

 

Downloaded Software

 

Once a licence has been purchased you will receive by return of email your licence which can be instantly activated. You will not receive a CD.
